I know what it is like wanting to escape my human reality,
Hating the very body I am apart of,
Having existential crises.
Feeling that I was constantly living a dual reality; one of me as a human, and the other as a massively connected spirit
Through my teenage years and much of my young adulthood, I have suffered from anxiety, body dismorphia, low self esteem, and depression.
In 2015 I had a massive spiritual awakening which shifted the direction of my life: I could no longer deny the existence of unseen forces at play. Just like a switch, much of my intuitive abilities were turned on. I receive many downloads, visions, and insight, and embarked on a journey towards the expansion of my consciousness for the next few years.
While I was experiencing massive beauty and heart openings from an unfolding of the Great Mystery, I still struggled with body image and ebb and flowing depression. One day it really dawned on me: I was romanticizing my existence in other realms and denying the very basis of my human experience. I still felt unsafe and shame at the very basic core of my body. This realization is what guided me onto the path of journeying downwards; grounding into the my physical nature in this life experience, and my body as my temple. As my roots grew stronger and deeper, my ability to branch out, channel, and connect fortified naturally.
